📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the finishing processes of printed materials, including laminating, cutting, folding, and packaging.
• Ensure that finished products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that products are finished to specifications.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of finished products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the finishing process.
• Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met and maintained.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finishing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the printing or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using industry-standard finishing equipment and software, such as laminating machines, cutting machines, and folding machines.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license.
