📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail analytics or merchandising.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in retail analytics or merchandising is a plus.
