You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and measure the impact of these programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic learning and development programs that align with the company's goals.
• Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads and employees.
• Design and deliver training programs using various learning methodologies and technologies.
• Measure the impact of training programs and use data to inform future initiatives.
• Facilitate leadership development and succession planning to ensure a strong pipeline of leaders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Manage the learning and development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on strategic initiatives and leadership development.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
