📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems
• Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams
• Implement and manage security protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery exercises
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Cisco, and AWS
• Certifications in ITIL, CCNA, or AWS are a plus
• Proven experience in system monitoring and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
