📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and prospect potential merchant locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Understand the unique business needs and challenges of each merchant, and present tailored merchant acquiring solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with merchants, ensuring they meet the requirements of our acquiring platform.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing merchants, addressing their concerns and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Utilize CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and streamline the sales process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the merchant acquiring sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, fostering long-term business partnerships.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the merchant acquiring or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with merchants.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Understanding of the merchant acquiring process, including payment gateways, transaction processing, and risk management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the role requires frequent travel to merchant locations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
