📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the performance of our e-commerce and digital platforms
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and order fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and manage payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our marketplace and drive sales
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve our marketplace performance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Maintain and update our marketplace's website and mobile applications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketplace administration
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
• Experience with inventory management systems like SAP or Oracle
