With over 5 years of experience in HR, you'll bring a strategic mindset to our team, helping us navigate the unique challenges of the Indonesian market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support the implementation of HR projects, such as performance management and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Leverage HR software like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and BambooHR to streamline operations.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace culture.
• Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on project-based roles.
• Proven experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
