📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage mineral exploration projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement exploration strategies to identify and develop new mineral deposits.
• Oversee high-impact geological surveys, including drilling, sampling, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that exploration efforts are aligned with company objectives.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure the successful completion of exploration projects.
• Monitor and report on exploration progress, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the exploration team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral exploration, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of geological mapping, drilling, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with exploration software such as Surpac, Vulcan, or Oasis Montaj.
• Certification in safety and environmental management is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
