📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs
• Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and talent management initiatives
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of employee handbooks and policies
• Assist in the organization of training sessions and workshops for employees
• Help in the analysis of employee feedback and survey results
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
• Assist in the development of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Help in the coordination of team-building activities and social events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven interest in organizational development and human resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
