📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
• Ensure all products and services meet our stringent quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma.
• Experience with quality management software, such as SAP QM, QAD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
