📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Handle customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the store's cleanliness and organization.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Assist in the organization and execution of store events and promotions.,Maintain accurate records of all store transactions and activities.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
