📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily production planning and scheduling to meet production targets.,Coordinate with production, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Conduct regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the production area.,Provide regular reports on production progress, inventory levels, and any issues encountered.,Train and mentor junior staff on production planning and inventory control procedures.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of production planning and inventory control principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various teams.,Proficient in using computer software for production planning and inventory management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.🛠️ Keahlian
