📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to the company's management and employees.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Manage legal matters related to property and real estate transactions, including contracts, leases, and agreements.,Review and negotiate legal documents to protect the company's interests.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.,Stay up-to-date with legal developments and trends in the property and real estate sector.,Provide training and support to junior legal staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on property and real estate law.,Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with property development and real estate transactions.
