As a Senior Brand Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective brand identities that resonate with our clients and their target audiences. This is a remote position based in Bali, with opportunities to work in various locations including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from IDR 90,000,000 to IDR 120,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute brand identity strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.,Create visually compelling and cohesive brand materials, including logos, color palettes, typography, and design systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.,Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions and keep the brand relevant.,Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.,Present design concepts and proposals to clients, providing clear and persuasive communication.,Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand design, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brand identities and design solutions.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.,Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms.
