📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.,Managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
