Salon Fitri Store is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. This role is crucial in maintaining our customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage all logistics operations including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.,Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and delivery status.,Collaborate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards in logistics operations.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
