📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.,Develop and implement technical writing processes and best practices.,Conduct technical writing training and mentorship for team members.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure high quality and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product documentation.,Manage technical writing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong project management skills and attention to detail.,Knowledge of API documentation and user manuals is a plus.
