📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of structural elements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
• Overseeing the preparation of detailed structural drawings and specifications.
• Reviewing and approving the work of junior engineers.
• Collaborating with other disciplines to ensure coordination and integration of structural systems.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participating in project meetings and providing technical input.
• Ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards relevant to Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional engineering license (SIPP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction practices and materials is a plus.
