📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.,Coordinate with various departments to meet operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor junior staff to foster a productive work environment.,Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.,Work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or related roles.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other operational software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
