CV Oryza Galih is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
