📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
