📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee industry is a plus.
