📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including cycle counts and stock adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage inventory levels and meet demand.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics, such as throughput, accuracy, and cycle time.,Train and develop warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
