In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Counter in providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the sales counter. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Counter in providing excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and phone customers.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all sales are recorded correctly in the company's sales system.,Maintain a well-organized and stocked sales counter, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.,Assist in the preparation and organization of sales materials, such as product brochures, price lists, and promotional materials.,Provide product information and advice to customers, helping them to make informed purchasing decisions.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, working to resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Counter or the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.,Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with the home improvement and furniture industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sales transactions and record-keeping.
