📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and coordinate with production teams to meet targets.,Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as necessary.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal use of resources.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.,Report production progress and issues to senior management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with production software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
