📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate motor vehicle insurance claims to determine liability and coverage.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including on-site inspections and interviews with involved parties.
• Coordinate with repair shops, towing services, and other service providers to ensure timely and proper repairs.
• Negotiate with claimants and involved parties to reach fair and compliant settlements.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation for claims processing.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in claims adjustment, preferably in the motor vehicle insurance sector.
• Knowledge of Indonesian insurance laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using claims management software such as ClaimWorks.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
