As a Backend Production Operator, you will handle daily tasks such as material preparation, system calibration, and quality control. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain PVD sputtering and evaporation systems, including LESker CMS-18, Edwards Auto 306, and Tegal Sputtering System.
- Prepare and handle materials for production, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Perform regular system calibration and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures.
- Maintain precise records of production activities and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend production operations, preferably in PVD sputtering or evaporation materials.
- Familiarity with PVD sputtering and evaporation systems, including LESker CMS-18, Edwards Auto 306, and Tegal Sputtering System.
- Strong understanding of quality control and production standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid certification in safety and handling of hazardous materials is a plus.
