📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and restocking to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and food safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
