In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings on time and accurately.,Provide financial advice and support to management and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the property development industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
