📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
