Develop and manage event and exhibition budgets, ensuring they are adhered to and optimized.,Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.,Oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, logistics, and technical requirements.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support.,Evaluate and report on event performance, providing insights for future improvements.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and exhibitions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event and exhibition management.,Proven track record of managing large-scale events and exhibitions.,Strong project management and organizational skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in event planning software and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and event etiquette.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
