📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the management team.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
