📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Drive the company's HR strategy and initiatives.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular HR audits and reviews.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Lead HR projects and initiatives.,Provide HR consulting and advisory services to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
