📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain and update job postings on various job portals and company websites.,Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process by ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
